A part performance, part community festival — otherwise, a gathering — Artreach is set to occur over the weekends of April 26-28 and May 4-5, 2019. This year marks the 6th year of Saint Lucia’s celebration of communities and the innate talents of our people, which have manifested in myriad ways.
