Murchel Hippolyte is a seasoned Business Development Director with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and strategic partnerships. As the Director of Business Development at the Cultural Development Foundation (CDF) since April 2023, he leads initiatives in revenue generation, partner mobilization, product development, and the overall marketing of CDF’s programs and events.

Prior to his role at CDF, Murchel honed his expertise in key leadership positions within the telecommunications sector. He holds Bachelor of Science (Honours) Degress in Management Studies and Accounting from the University of the West Indies, with minors in Economics and Marketing. He is currently advancing his expertise through a Master’s in International Business Administration.

His professional credentials are further strengthened by several certifications including in Value Creation from Florida Atlantic University and Management Skills and Leadership from MIU City University Miami. Demonstrating a commitment to community engagement, Murchel also currently serves as the President of the La Clery Minibus Association.
