

ABOUT CDF
The CDF spearheads a dynamic calendar of activities ranging from national festivals to special programmes and community initiatives. These activities are integral to our mission of training and development, promoting culture, arts, and community engagement in Saint Lucia.
CDF is seeking proposals from qualified service providers to provide a wide range of technical and professional services for its upcoming cultural activities for the year.

TECHNICAL SERVICES REQUIRED (Applicable across festivals)
The services required, but not limited to
Technical Services (Applicable across various Festivals)
• Catering – Diverse, high-quality food and beverage services, including social activity /buffet catering, suitable for various activity types and sizes.
• Sound PA with Backline – High-quality audio and visual setups, including professional sound systems, microphones, mixers, and backline equipment, suitable for concerts, theatrical productions, panel discussions, and other activities.
• Lighting and Lighting Design – Professional lighting equipment and design services for stage performances, exhibitions, fashion shows, and ambient event areas, creating appropriate atmospheres.
• Décor – Creative décor services, including conceptualization, design, and execution, in keeping with various activity themes and aesthetic requirements.
• Tents – Provision and setup of durable, weather-resistant tents of various sizes and configurations for diverse festival needs, including vendor booths, audience shelters, and backstage areas.
• Stage and Stage Cover – Provision, setup, and dismantling of appropriate staging solutions (indoor/outdoor) with weather protection, suitable for performances, presentations, and displays.
• Photography – Professional event photography services for documentation, promotional materials, and archival purposes, capturing key moments and atmosphere.
• Videography – Professional video production services, including filming, editing, and post-production, for promotional content, documentaries, and archival records of activities.
• Social Media –
• Security – Comprehensive security services, including crowd management, access control, asset protection, and emergency response planning, ensuring the safety of attendees, performers, equipment, and venues.
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES (Applicable across Festivals)
• Artistic Director – Providing artistic vision, curatorial guidance, and oversight for creative content across various artistic disciplines (music, dance, theatre, visual arts, literary arts, film).
• Festival Manager – Overall strategic planning, coordination, and operational management of festivals, ensuring seamless execution from conception to post-activity evaluation.
• Logistics Coordinator – Managing all logistical aspects, including transportation, accommodation, venue setup, equipment movement, and supplier coordination for multiple activities.
• Stage Manager & Stage-management Team – coordination of all stage activities, rehearsals, technical cues, and performer flow for various live performances and productions.
• Production Manager – Oversight of all production elements, including technical, logistical, and personnel management, ensuring smooth and efficient execution of activities.
• Administrative Assistant – Providing essential administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, record-keeping for the team.
• Sound Engineer – Professional sound engineering services, including setup, mixing, and monitoring, to ensure optimal audio quality for all performances and presentations.
• Content Creator – Developing engaging and relevant content (text, visual, audio) for activity promotion, social media, websites, and other communication channels.
• Graphic Artist – Designing and producing high-quality visual materials, including logos, posters, brochures, digital graphics, and signage for various activities
• Musical Director (For MIZIK) – Providing musical direction, arrangement, and oversight for musical performances, concerts, and theatrical productions.

• Detailed service descriptions and capabilities
• Pricing structure for requested services
