Tracy Dolcy, Director Of Training, Promotion & Development

Tracy Dolcy is a cultural development professional, researcher, writer, dramatist and educator dedicated to advancing Saint Lucia’s creative and educational landscape. She currently serves as the Director of Training, Promotion, and Development at the Cultural Development Foundation (CDF), leading training and outreach related initiatives that promote cultural preservation, creative advancement, artistic innovation, and community engagement.
 
Her experience spans education planning, research, and cultural programming, including contributions to the Education Sector Analysis – Saint Lucia (2021). An accomplished writer, Tracy received the-Drama Prize for her play “Mirror Image” under the Literary Arts category at the 2013 National Arts Festival. Her published research explores themes of heritage, identity, lifelong learning, tourism and development including studies in the areas of Creole language preservation and adult education.
 
Tracy remains passionate about using culture, the arts and education as tools for empowerment, fostering inclusive and sustainable approaches to strengthen Saint Lucia’s creative identity and national development.
