Felicia Anthony-Surage, Director  Operations & Human Resources

Felicia Anthony-Surage is an administrative and human resource professional with a strong background in business management and a deep passion for Saint Lucian culture and heritage.

She holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from the Edinburgh Napier University Business School, building on earlier studies in Business Management with The Association of Business Executives and the Cave Hill School of Business.

Before joining the Cultural Development Foundation (CDF), Mrs Anthony-Surage dedicated 19 years to the Folk Research Centre (FRC), where she held several key roles, including Administration Manager, Human Resource Officer, and Accountant. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in the Centre’s operations and made significant contributions to promoting and preserving Saint Lucia’s rich cultural heritage.

In addition to her extensive experience in administration and human resource management, Mrs Anthony-Surage has received intensive training in accounting. She possesses strong skills in financial oversight and organisational management. Furthermore, she also maintains a keen interest in the real estate market and event planning, areas that reflect her versatility and passion for community engagement and development.

At the CDF, Mrs. Anthony-Surage brings a wealth of knowledge, strategic leadership, and a commitment to cultural advancement, supporting the Foundation’s mission to nurture, promote, and sustain Saint Lucia’s creative and cultural industries.
