Executive Director, Raymona Henry-Wynne

Raymona Henry-Wynne is a distinguished administrator with over 20 years of senior-level experience in Operations, Administration, Human Resource Management, and Accounting across statutory bodies and private-sector organisations in Saint Lucia and the United Kingdom. She currently serves as Executive Director of the Cultural Development Foundation (CDF), a role she assumed in 2018 after joining the organization in 2010 and being appointed Director of Operations in 2013. 

Her academic foundation includes a Master of Business Administration, a BA (Hons.) in Banking with Economics and Law, a Postgraduate Diploma in Management (Banking & Financial Services), and a Certificate in Business Administration. She has further enhanced her expertise through professional training in:

She has served as Country Coordinator for the Organization of American States (OAS) “Sustainable Heritage Tourism Endorsement Program” and contributed to numerous developmental project committees. She also served as a Board Director of Events Company of Saint Lucia Inc. (ECSL) and currently serves on the Marketing Committee of the Saint Lucia Tourism Authority (SLTA), helping shape strategic promotional initiatives for the island. 

A former educator and dance tutor, Raymona has a background in the arts, having performed in theatre productions such as Moon on a Rainbow Shawl, directed by Gandolph St. Clair. She has coordinated school cultural activities, judged poetry and debating competitions, and served on the National Carnival Queen Pageant Committee. 

Her career reflects a unique blend of administrative acumen, cultural passion, and strategic leadership, positioning her as a dynamic force in Saint Lucia’s development landscape.
