Raymona Henry-Wynne is a distinguished administrator with over 20 years of senior-level experience in Operations, Administration, Human Resource Management, and Accounting across statutory bodies and private-sector organisations in Saint Lucia and the United Kingdom. She currently serves as Executive Director of the Cultural Development Foundation (CDF), a role she assumed in 2018 after joining the organization in 2010 and being appointed Director of Operations in 2013.
Her academic foundation includes a Master of Business Administration, a BA (Hons.) in Banking with Economics and Law, a Postgraduate Diploma in Management (Banking & Financial Services), and a Certificate in Business Administration. A former educator and dance tutor, Raymona has a background in the arts, having performed in theatre productions such as Moon on a Rainbow Shawl, directed by Gandolph St. Clair. She has coordinated school cultural activities, judged poetry and debating competitions, and served on the National Carnival Queen Pageant Committee.
