For 6-8 weeks from Nobel Laureate Week in January to the first week in April CDF keeps Saint Luca’s Visual, Literary and Performing Arts at the forefront of national consciousness with a programme of community festivals, national exhibitions, festivals of Theatre, Song, Dance, Film, Literary and Visual Arts and recognition programmes.
Established in 2012, Artreach was preceded by the 25 year old annual M&C Fine Arts Awards Scheme.
